Our West Hampstead project was completed in early 2024. The site was purchased with multiple expansion options though our first preference of a side infill extension received pushback from a neighbouring property. We knew that we would be able to fall back on a less intrusive expansion via a rear wraparound extension, which turned out to be a great option as it maximises the floorspace available for future tenants whilst still maintaining a backyard.

 

Based on comparables, we'd expect the property to rent for at least £3,200/pcm on a standard AST.
