ABOUT US

Akuna was established with an ambition to breathe life into property. Much of London’s housing stock is vacant, derelict or simply not optimised for the growing needs of the capital’s population and the modern tenant. Our aim is to help solve this problem.

We’re passionate about property and with an end goal to retain ownership of all properties, we solve for our future tenants’ needs. We collaborate with a team of experienced professionals that are aligned with our goal to create spaces that people love to live and work in.

Our homes are designed with renewable materials where possible, that help us move towards Zero Carbon living. Energy efficiency is at the forefront of decision making and can include heat pumps, energy efficient air conditioning, smart building controls and improve insulation.
